Chum Kiu (CK) is the second form in Practical Wing Chun (PWC). The principles of CK are mostly about controlling the distance between you and the opponent (primarily keeping distance but also closing distance or making distance). Characteristics of the training are inclusion of kicks and locks. The training also includes tactics and methods if the opponent has a weapon or if there are multiple opponents. PWC CK is divided into 3 sections of the form plus a final ‘FLOW’ level.

*Friday evening intensive grading. All levels start at the same time
March 14th at 7:15pm
June 13th time TBC
September 7th time 12pm
December 7th time 12pm
You will see the training path you must take in order to complete the second empty hand form.
FEES
CK 1: $100
CK 2 + 1: $120
CK 3 + 2: $120
FLOW LEVEL + CK 123: $160*
*Compulsory to do CK1,2,3 grading as part of your final level
REGRADE: First regrade will be discounted at 50%. Subsequent regrades will be at standard fee charge.
