TRAINING

Qigong movements can help improve joint flexibility, muscle strength and rang of motion. With it meditative elements and focus on deep, diaphragmatic breathing it increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body. 

 

Hard Qigong strengthens and condition the mind and the body. Through different Qigong sets it provides power and additional protection to the body for practitioner.
 

Qigong & power/air training is taught through private class to begin with (10 x 1 hour basic set) and then monthly Qigong package (minimum 18 months)
