Can I suspend my membership?

Yes, you can suspend for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. All you have to do is give us minimum of 14 days notice before the direct debit day (usually 30th of every month). You can still train up until the date of your suspension takes effect. Cost of suspension: $7.50 each suspension

Why can’t I suspend my membership from today?

Because we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice before the next Direct Debit date (usually the 30th of every month).

How long can I suspend my membership for?

A minimum of 1 month from the next direct debit date and a maximum of 3 months, any suspensions greater than 3 months will result in a cancellation of membership on your existing membership rate. Meaning upon your return you will be charged at the current membership rate. This policy also applies to foundation members.

Do you have fixed term or lock in contracts?

No. We do not have any lock in contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time. All you have to do is provide us with a minimum of 30 days before the next direct debit date (usually the 30th of every month) with a written notice by submitting the form from above. You can still train up until your cancellation takes effect.

Do you back date and refund fees?

No, we do not do contracts here. It is up to you to let us know about any suspensions or cancellations in writing by filling in the forms above at least 14 days before for suspensions and 30 days before for cancellations. After that, the fees can not be refunded.

Are you closed on public holidays?

Yes we close on public holidays.

How much are account associated fees ?

To update or suspend membership: $7.50 (Minimum 14 days before D/D day) To cancel membership: Nil (Minimum 30 days before D/D day) Late amendment fee: $10
Direct Debit failure + Re debit fee: $10
